Credit Karma, New Oxford Street

During 2020 – 2022 Create designed and worked as executive local architect on 2 projects for Credit Karma in collaboration with ASD Sky a US based architectural practice.

The initial fit out was a retrofit refurbishment of a floor which Twitter had sublet; this included reuse, recycle and re purpose of furniture that was being left in the space. Sadly, due to Covid Credit Karma never actually got to occupy this floor as the lease expired.

Credit Karma were very keen on the location and therefore took another floor in the same building, we then worked with them on the process of surveying, documenting all of the existing furniture and working out strategies for this to be reused and re purposed within the new space.
