Cervidae, Birmingham
This project for property developers Cervidae included full renovation of 3 period building on Colmore Row in the heart of Birmingham. This complex and involved refurbishment project combined the historical buildings into fresh new space for a serviced office provider.
The conversion of the old courtyard into a new useable indoor area increased the NIA and created a vibrant ground floor collaboration hub. The history of the site played a strong part in developing the design concept which uses colourful textures & patterns to enhance the period features.
