Set in the heart of London’s bustling media capital, 35 Soho Square is yet another beautiful period building which forms part of The Boutique Workplace Companies London portfolio.

As part of the refurbishment Create relocated the new reception space to the front of the building, the space now takes centre stage with maximum impact for arriving visitors and guests, accessed via a beautifully refurbished monochrome hallway space the impact of the bright and bohemian reception space is inviting and unique.

The existing columns within the reception area create a dynamic gallery within the recessed alcoves to showcase beautiful art. The monochrome entrance and reception finishes were carefully considered to allow the reception desk, furniture, lighting and artwork to become individual statement pieces adding drama through the selection of contrasting bright bold materials.

This dramatic theme is continued through the hallways and down into the lower ground floor where the breakout and meeting areas are located. New bespoke joinery items including a tea point, alcove shelving and a panelled wall in the meeting room have been built, adding further depth and interest into these subterranean spaces.

This level of detail is consistent in all finishes from the rich wallpaper in the breakout area to the Crittall style glazing surrounding the meeting room. A large collaboration table takes precedent in the breakout area adjacent to an elegant banquette seat and breakout tables. During the refurbishment two alcoves underneath street level were discovered outside which have been lit to enhance the views out from the breakout area.
